Add an article
If there already is a news portlet setup and you would like to add a news you add an article in the news archive. There are two ways to do this:
Highlight the desired archive and select Create new (The large icon in the top left corner). Choose the news template to use and click OK.
1. Create a new article with the icon in the toolbar

Add a Heading, Description, Content, and Image (or what the text portlets are named in the template). It is important that the text portlets have these names so that the news portlet will function correctly. If you remove a portlet and add a new portlet you have to edit the name of the portlet.
If the person setting up the news portlet have chosen the option Show link for creating articles in selected archives there will be a link beneath the existing news on the page (You need to be logged in to see the link).
2. Create a new article with the link in the news portlet
If the person setting up the news portlet have chosen the option Show link for creating articles in selected archives there will be a link beneath the existing news on the page (You need to be logged in to see the link).
In the viewing mode or preview mode, click the link Add article and an article will be created in the correct archive with the page template setup in the news portlet.
Permission rights! In order to see the link "Add article" you need to have the right Write on the archive..
