When you want to create an email form, the field to the left is blank. Clicking the plus sign will open a new window Add a question, where you can choose between different types of questions to the left.
Types of questions
There are seven different types of questions (textfield, single selection, multiple selection, attached file, e-mail recipients, categories and user information) and a comment.
