Click Browse... to select the folder or page that will function as the start of the droplist menu.
Menu description
Here you describe the content of the menu. The description is not shown on the web page but in the code. Good for the accessibility aspect.
Use menu label
Check this box if you want a label in front of the droplist menu.
Without label
Menu with a label
A Tip! If you would like to use a label without displaying it, you first check the box Use menu label. Then you type your label text and uncheck the same box. The input field will then have a label but it will be invisible.
A tip for increased accessibility! All fields should be described with a label according to the WAI-guide lines.
Menu alternatives
Use text as first menu item
Here you type the text that is shown on top of the menu options. This alternative is not clickable hence only shown as text. By default "---Select here ---" is shown. This can be personalized if wanted.
Use button to activate menu item
From the accessibility aspect it is important to use a button to activate a menu item. If choosing to not use a button you will go straight to the page when clicking on it in the list.
