Here you type the question you need to ask the visitor.
This field is mandatory
If you check this check box the visitor has to respond to this question. The question will be marked with a red asterisk.
Name
What you type in the name field will be displayed over the question field. If you select Automatic the questions will be numbered, Question 1, Question 2 and so on. Otherwise you can type your own alternative.
If you want the headings to be tagged with levels in the form you use name, it will use existing levels of headings.
OBSERVE! To make the question visible under Alternative you have to click OK, save the page and open the survey once more.
A tip for increased accessibility! To increase accessibility you should create easy-to-read field labels. Name here is such a label.
