Files are listed in the module All files via the link "Show file archive" in the module Files. The file list is sorted so that the last uploaded file is at the top and it can be resorted by the column headings.
Click on a linked file name to show detailed information about the file. Click on the person who changed the file to go to their profile page.
The list can also contain folders, click on a folder name to enter the folder. To go back, click in the link path in the top left corner or use the browser's back button.
In the "Search all files" box, search all files in the group whether you are in a folder or directly in the file archive. The search is made in both the names and content of the files. Empty the search field to get back to where you were last.
Labels associated with the files appear on the left. Click on a label to only display files with that label. Click again on the same tag to get back to where you were last.
Group members automatically have the right to manage the group's file archive.
New files to the group can be uploaded via the "Upload file" button. If search or tag selection is made, the button is not visible.
Click the cog button, select the "Create folder" option and give it a name. The newly created folder will be placed where you are in the structure, directly in the archive in the example above.
