When you right-click on a page in the navigator, a shortcut menu appears. Here you can select the options: The options that are displayed depend on your permission level.
Updates the contents of the navigator from the server. Do this to see changes made by other users.
Unpublishes the page/item so that it no longer appears in online mode.
Publishes the page immediately and skips mandatory checks and any metadata values.
Takes you to the templates and displays the template used to create the current page.
This function requires you to have "Change template" permission.
By selecting Change template, you can select a different template for the page you are on. Read more about changing templates.
This function requires you to have "Show page templates" permission
Sorting controls the order of the underlying pages. By default, the order of alphabetical ascending (A-Z) is selected.
Lets you control how you place the pages in your structure. Because the structure of the navigator is mirrored in the menus, this is a common setting.
Sorts the pages in alphabetical order, starting from A.
Sorts the pages in reverse alphabetical order, starting from Z.
Sorts the pages in chronological order, based on the date that the page was created.
Sorts the pages in reverse chronological order, with the last page created last in the structure.
Hides pages in the menu modules of the website. That is, if you want a page to be invisible, choose not to show it in menus.
Shortcut to add Page, Link page, Archive, Folder, Group folder, or Structure item to the website. Depending on what you have permission to create, different items are displayed. Read more on the Create new page.
Deletes the item you selected and moves it to the trashcan.
This function requires you to have "Delete" permission.
Changes the name of an item. End the rename by hitting enter to implement the change.
Right-click on the website and select Export. A new window opens "Export website archive" where a name can be entered, a description, and whether to include the user-generated data at the time of export.
By default, the name of the website to export is given.

When importing, you can choose whether or not to include any exported user-generated data.
Click OK to start the export. When the export is complete, a confirmation message appears.
A .sva file is then created in the folder <webbplats/webdav/data/archive>. If the database is large, multiple SVA files can be created. They will then have the extensions .sva, .s01, .s02 etc. All files must be included on import.
The export may take several hours depending on the size of the database. If the database is large, it may be useful to make the export at a time when the visitor number is low so that it does not "slow down" the website.
The system user can see the file under: <url>/webdav/data/archive.
This function requires you to login as the system user.
You should never export a subbranch/template of a website and then import it into another website. There may be problems with references such as the lack of style sheets, colours, metadata, decorations, files and images for this branch.
