The JSP portlet is used for adding custom functionality to the web site according to the JSP standard.

Show in offline mode

If adding simple and smaller JSP-code you can check this box and you will see the result of the coding in the editing mode. If the portlet is used for complex or time consuming code you might not want to show it in offline mode.

Code area

Here you type your JSP-kod. By default there is an example code.


If you have a JSP-file you want to insert, click browse and select file.

Tab Data source

Include data source

If the JSP-code you are using utilizes a data source, you have to check this box and state the name of the configured data source in Tomcat in which SiteVision runs.
