Email form

The e-mail form is used to create a form that website visitors can complete. This may be, for example, an interest application, for example, where the visitor fills in their details which is submitted via e-mail.

There are also other web forms in SiteVision:

• Question form - where the answers can be stored and administered on the web page
• Survey - where answers and statistics are stored on the web page.
• Sign up - for registration to various activities. Have been largely replaced by questionnaires.
