With the table of contents, you can view a simple link list of the headings contained in text modules on a webpage. The links then go down to the current heading of the page (an anchor link).
The module can create a table of contents of the font that are selected with heading levels H1-H6. For the heading to appear in the table of contents, it must be on the current page and in a content area.
So to use the module you need only to lay out the module between the heading and the content of the page.
If there are more font of the same type (H1-H6), only the one that is set as the primary for each level will be listed in the table of contents. See the Check heading levels page.
