Message from tipper to receiver
Here you can choose whether the form should include a greeting to the recipient.
Senderss e-mail address
Here you can choose whether the form should contain a field for the sender’s own e-mail address.
Button for submitting tip
Standard button
Here you set the text for the Submit button. The default text is"Tell friend".
Image button
To designate an image that can be used as a button, click Browse. The image description becomes an ALT text on the button.
Other
Show (*) for all mandatory fields
If you want to show the visitor which fields are mandatory to fill out, tick this box.
Width for input fields
Here you can choose how wide the input field should be.
