Include response as a XML attachment to the email
This setting makes it possible to attach submitted responses as XML.
Transform the XML document using an XSLT template
Here you can affect the appearance of the document.
Filename in e-mail
Here you can choose to write a custom name for the XML file that is attached to the e-mail message. Otherwise, the file is named "sv_form_transformed.xml".
