OBSERVE! You need to activate Semantic html in text portlet beneath Website settings -> Advanced settings for this functionality.

Headings

Used for heading

In order for reading tools to interpret if a certain text is a heading it needs code. In HTML h is used where h1 is the main heading, h2 a sub heading and so on. You can set headings h1-h6. The hierarchic order when using headings is important. Here you decide which heading a certain template font should belong to.

Use as block element

Will make the html tag marked as a block elemen and not as an inline element as is normal in SiteVision.

Primary heading level

Here you decide if a heading should be the primary heading. If you have several h2 headings you need to decide which is the primary one is other systems should use the heading level.

Only one template font on each heading level can be the primary one. The last one checked will be the active primary heading for that h level.

A tip for accessibility! In order to increase accessibility you should create headings with h elements:
  • h1 indicates it is the main heading
  • h2 that is is a sub heading
  • h3 that it is a sub heading to a sub heading and so on.
The hierarchic order is very important!
A tip! In the text and table portlet you can use quick keys to create headings. Since it is possible to have several h1´s the quick key is valid for the template font highest in the template font list.

CTRL + 1 For heading 1
CTRL + 2 For heading 2
