MediaFlowPro
The module has been phased out. This means that the module still works, but it is no longer displayed in the module selector.
A newer version of the Mediaflow module is available in Sitevision Marketplace. There you will also find help pages for Mediaflow that describe exactly how to set up their service.
Third party provider
Sitevision has a collaboration with MediaFlow External link, opens in new window.. Ordering and support are handled through them. You need to be a customer to access the license key and customer ID.
The following is required to use the module
- Deploy MediaFlow portlet that you get from the provider.
- If the website is in Sitevision Cloud, we handle this step.
- Go to Properties -> Metadata on the house and add the following two text metadata fields:
- MFP.Key (licence key)
- MFP.ServerID: (customer ID)
- Go to the Advanced tab and fill in the identifier for the two fields:
- MFP.Key (licence key)
- MFP.ServerID: (customer ID)
- Note that the identifiers are shift mode sensitive.
- Enter the values in the metadata (license key and customer ID received from Mediaflow)
Following images shows step 2 to 4.
Add metadata fields of type Text (step 2)
Add identifier under the Advanced tab (step 3)
Add the metadata values (step 4)
Assign the Admin role (or role that will have access to the module) permissions to the module
The module is then available in module selector under the icon Modules -> Images and Media -> Images from MediaFlowPro.
Info to our On Prem customers: As of Sitevision version 2023.04.1, an updated version of the MediaFlow portlet needs to be used. You can find it here: https://support.mediaflow.com/hur-installerar-jag-mediaflows-sitevision-plugin
As a Sitevision Cloud customer, you also need to order a license from us to access the module.
This function requires you to have a license for MediaFlow.
