Feedback - Assistants
The Feedback - Assistants widget allows you to read feedback left by users when using assistants. This assumes that the feedback setting is set to data sources.
The Feedback - Assistants widget can only be used on a website dashboard.
You can choose to view feedback from all assistants or any specific assistant. You can click on the thumbs down for negative feedback only or on the thumbs up for positive feedback only.
If you click on a comment, the full context of the question the visitor submitted feedback on is shown. So you can really understand the meaning of the feedback.
Give the widget access to the data source
If the following message appears "Could not fetch feedback", you need to give the widget access to the data storage. Proceed as follows:
1. Select the cube/menu to go to Data storage
2 A list of all data sources is displayed. Select svAssistantFeedback and select Settings (gear) -> Properties.
3. Select Security -> Restrictions -> Access. Grant access to the feedback assistant.
Settings in the widget
Size
There are the following settings:
- Medium
- Large
- Extra large
Items per page
Here you set the number of items to be displayed per page. The default setting is 5. For example, if you set 5 items, it will show 5 items and then links to other pages.
This feature requires you to have an additional license for Assistant.
