Feedback - Insights
With the "Feedback - Insights" widget, you can view feedback that users have submitted via the "Give Feedback" module. Learn more about the "Feedback" module.

The "Feedback - Insights" widget can be used on website and page dashboards, depending on the data you want to view.
For the website, you can choose to view page ratings or submitted feedback.

On this page, you can see the number of responses submitted, the average rating, and the feedback provided. Here, you can also view archived feedback.

You can filter by rating or most recently published. You can also archive feedback, which will then not be included in the page's rating.
Once you've made corrections on a page, you'll want to save the Feedback to get a new assessment of how your visitors feel about your site.

Grant the widget access to the data source
The widget needs access to the module's data source in order to retrieve and read information. Follow these steps:
1. Select the cube/menu to go to Data Sources.
2. A list of all data sources will appear. Select svFeedback and choose Settings (the gear icon) -> Properties.

3. Select Security -> Restrictions -> Access. Grant access to "Like."

Size
The following settings are available:
- Medium
- Large
- Extra Large
Filter
Depending on the metadata you have set up on the page, you can configure settings to, for example, view only pages for which you are responsible.
Number of feedback
Allows you to choose how many feedback items to display.
