Settings

AI service

Here you choose which AI service to use. The services available for selection are those that you set up under the AI services panel .

Knowledge base

Select the knowledge base that the assistant will use. This setting draws from the set knowledge bases.

MCP servers

Here you can select an MCP server that has been uploaded as an add-on in Sitevision. An MCP server enables the assistant to access external tools, data and systems in a standardised manner.

Describe how the assistant should behave

Here you can add instructions on how the assistant should behave. This can be, for example, tonality, language or easy-to-read Swedish.

Statistics

If you click on an existing assistant that has been created, you can see statistics for that particular assistant. You can see the number of conversations started and questions in the conversation broken down by month.
