AI service

Here you choose which AI service to use. The services available for selection are those that you set up under the AI services panel .

Knowledge base

Select the knowledge base that the assistant will use. This setting draws from the set knowledge bases.

Describe how the assistant should behave

Here you can add instructions on how the assistant should behave. This can be, for example, tonality, language or easy-to-read Swedish.

The assistant's access to information and the technical format of the answers are predefined and should not be changed here. Use the field to give complementary instructions on behavior and expressions - for example: "Respond with a helpful tone."

This feature requires that you have an additional license for Assistant and the Manage Site Settings and Manage AI permissions.
