Target audiences

Under the Personalization category , you will find the Target Audiences panel .

Here you can add target audiences, which are criteria that only apply to users. Target audiences can then be used to control the news feed, for example.

Click Add Target audience to add a target group.

Here you can also add target group categories to make it easier to manage your target groups.

You want to categorize target groups so that you can choose which categories should be available for tagging content, for example.

Click Add target group category to add a target group.

Target group-driven news feed in the intranet app

It is now possible to target the news feed in the mobile app. Set up metadata fields for a single target group or multiple target groups in a news archive. Then go to "Mobile app" under website settings – here you will now find a checkbox that allows you to customize the news items to be listed in the mobile app for specific target groups. Here you select metadata of the target group type, either single or multiple. Employees who belong to that target group will then receive a push notification when a news item is published.
