Add article
If a news module is already set up and you want to add a news item, add an article to the news archive. There are three different ways to do this:
1. Create a new article using the icon in the toolbar
Select the archive where the other news items are located and select Create new in the sidebar. Select the news template to be used and click OK.

Fill in the heading, introduction, content, and image (or whatever the text modules are called in the template). It is important that the text modules have these names for the news module to work. If you remove a module and add a new one, you must rename the module.
2. Create a new article with a shortcut
Create a shortcut under Website settings. The editors will then get an online shortcut and a shortcut in the edit mode.
Shortcut online
They can click on the Lightning icon on any page and select "Create news." When they click on the link, an article is created in the correct archive with the correct template. The editor only needs to fill in the information.

Here's what to do
Go to Website Settings. Select the Features category and the Shortcut panel. Click Add Shortcut. A new view will appear where you can configure the settings for the shortcut.

Fill in Name. Select a template and indicate where the content should be created.
If you have multiple shortcuts, be mindful of the naming convention.
3. Create a new article with a link in the news module
If the person who set up the news module clicked on Show link to create new articles in selected archives, a link will appear below the existing news items on the page (however, you must be logged in to see this link).

In an online mode, click on the Add article link and a news item will be created in the correct archive using the template set in the news module.

4. Add shortcut to sidebar
The shortcut can also be added to the sidebar, so that you can access the shortcuts even in edit mode.

For the "Add article" link to appear, the user must be in online mode and have "Write" and "Create page" permissions on at least one archive designated in the news module.
Fill in the Heading, Introduction, Content, and Image (or whatever the text modules are called in the template). It is important that the text modules have these names for the news module to work. If you remove a module and add a new one, you must rename the module.
