There is a preview under each component. The preview allows you to see what your theme settings will look like.
Contrast error
If any of the theme settings that are checked do not meet the contrast requirements, a warning will appear under that component.

Open the component to see which part has the warning. By hovering over the warning (Not OK), you will get a more detailed explanation of the problem.

The contrast control under theme settings should be seen as an aid when setting the theme. Once on a web page, texts and backgrounds can be combined in different ways, so the control under theme settings is no guarantee that the contrast is sufficient in practice. Instead, there is the accessibility control, which gives a more accurate picture of the contrasts used on the page.
Contrast control under theme settings
- Text is checked against the background color set under section background. The contrast must be at least 4.5:1
- Links are checked in two ways. Firstly, that there is sufficient contrast against the section background (4.5:1) and secondly, that they either have a color that differs sufficiently from normal text (3:1) or are underlined. In the block color settings, the block's background color is used.
- The border on form fields is checked against the section background and must have a contrast of 3:1 against the background to be approved.
The check is based on web guidelines. Read more in the link on the DIGG website.
