Point out the directory user to be used as service user.

On the extension itself, you should only be able to select service users from those listed on this panel.

Under Properties on an extension -> Restrictions you can enable the use of Service Users for a RESTApp.

Under Properties of an extension -> Permissions you can enable the use of Service Users for a WebApp.
