Add criteria (target audience)
When you click Add criteria, a new view opens where you can enter the name and criterion type for the target group.
A criteria is a condition that must be met for a specific view to be displayed.
General
- Name - Enter a name for the criterion. A rule can consist of several criteria. Keep this in mind when naming your criteria.
- Criteria type - To select a criteria type, click on the link Criteria type: Virtual group or the arrow in front of it. A list of available criterion types will then be displayed.
Kriteriumtyp
Select a criterion type from the list. You will see different settings depending on the type you selected. Below is a list of all the different criterion types:
Criteria type Virtual group
Here you can select a virtual group to which the view should apply. All virtual groups available on the website are displayed in a list.

Criteria type User field
This criterion is linked to Social Collaboration, which must be enabled on the website for you to be able to select user fields.

If you want to use a User field that is set up with labels, you need to enter a # before your value under value. For the example above, this would be #Manager. This is because labels are tags and use # before them.
Criteria type User attribute
Here you can specify a specific attribute that the view should apply to. For example, if you want the profile to apply to all managers, enter Title as the attribute name and Manager as the attribute value. Click OK.

For this to work, the user must have a value entered in the directory service. You can also specify your own attribute that is available in your directory service.
Criteria type UserData
With this type, you can choose to customize content on pages with data you have saved about the user using User Data (requires development).

Criteria type Javascript
Here you can enter a script to check that something is fulfilled, for example, whether the user is logged in or whether the user lacks an email address in the directory service. It is the variable result that should be set to true or false.

Criteria type User
Here you can select a user in the directory to whom the view should apply. Click on the person icon on the right to select the current user.

Criteria type Catalog object
Here you can select a catalog object to which the view should apply.
