Right click on a website
When you right-click on a page in the navigator, a shortcut menu appears. Here you can select the options: The options that are displayed depend on your permission level.
Go to template
Takes you to the templates and displays the template used to create the current page.
This function requires you to have "Change template" permission.
By selecting Change template, you can select a different template for the page you are on. Read more about changing templates.
This function requires you to have "Show page templates" permission
Sorting controls the order of the underlying pages. By default, the order of alphabetical ascending (A-Z) is selected.
Lets you control how you place the pages in your structure. Because the structure of the navigator is mirrored in the menus, this is a common setting.
Sorts the pages in alphabetical order, starting from A.
Reverse alphabetical (Z-A)
Sorts the pages in reverse alphabetical order, starting from Z.
Date order (Latest created first)
Sorts the pages in chronological order, based on the date that the page was created.
Sorts the pages in reverse chronological order, with the last page created last in the structure.
Hide in menus
Hides pages in the menu modules of the website. That is, if you want a page to be invisible, choose not to show it in menus.
By default, the name of the website to export is given.
Include user-generated data
Here you can choose whether to include hosted user-generated data. The following information is included as user generated data:
- answers to surveys, questionnaires and web notifications
- page comments
For websites where Social Collaboration is enabled, the following is also included as user generated data:
- social users
- group pages
- timeline posts
- images and files
When importing, you can choose whether or not to include any exported user-generated data.
Click OK to start the export. When the export is complete, a confirmation message appears.
A .sva file is then created in the folder <webbplats/webdav/data/archive>. If the database is large, multiple SVA files can be created. They will then have the extensions .sva, .s01, .s02 etc. All files must be included on import.
The export may take several hours depending on the size of the database. If the database is large, it may be useful to make the export at a time when the visitor number is low so that it does not "slow down" the website.
The system user can see the file under: <url>/webdav/data/archive.
This function requires you to login as the system user.
You should never export a subbranch/template of a website and then import it into another website. There may be problems with references such as the lack of style sheets, colours, metadata, decorations, files and images for this branch.
