Proxy
The proxy module makes it possible to link an external web page or application so that it becomes part of the website. The content is inserted in the page on which the proxy is applied, which, for example, allows the page you link in to use the graphical design found on the website.
If the external application uses the same user directory as the website the visitor is automatically logged in without having to log into the application/website.
You can also redo the linked web page or application using XSL, for example, to remove headers, footers, and extra navigation.
It is important to make it clear that this module should not be used as "perimeter protection" for underlying/external applications. The underlying applications must take care of any authentication and authorisation themselves.
Help with the proxy module is not included in the support agreement.
