Here you select the font you want the link to be printed with. The font that you can select appear in the list.
Icons
Show an icon with the link
To display an icon next to the read aloud link. Select a default icon or a custom icon.

To show only the icon, deselect "Show a text along with the link".

Use the look the module had before ReadSpeaker version 2.5.
