The drop-down menu allows you to designate an entire folder or a page with subpages that appear as a list. When the visitor selects an option from the list (and optionally clicks the button), they come to that page.
Folders are not displayed in the drop-down menu.
If the drop-down menu contains links that are set to open in new window, they can only be opened in a new window if the visitor has JavaScript enabled. If JavaScript is not enabled, the link will open in the same window.
