Expanding menu
The module has been phased out. This means that the module can still be used, but it no longer appears in the module selector. In time it will be removed from the product, but we will communicate this well in advance before it is carried out.
We recommend that you use one of the new menu modules available in the Marketplace: Submenu, Teaser Menu, Main Menu, and Mobile Menu.
The expanding menu is one of several menu modules found in Sitevision that reflects the structure of the website so that the visitor can easily navigate. The expanding menu drops down the current branch when the visitor selects it. It can display several different levels. You can set different style sheets and colors for each level.
The expanding menu also displays folders in the structure, but not if the folders are empty.
Purely code-wise, the expanding menu is built up of tables. So, if accessibility is important to your organisation, choose another menu.
