User fields visible in the profile
Use custom user fields
Tick the Use custom user fields box to display other user fields, other than those that are preselected in the Large view, on a profile page. You can select from all the user fields that are added under the central settings.
Click on the Add user field link to add a field. The available fields are then displayed in the list:

Target pages
Use a custom profile page to show details about users
Tick the checkbox and designate a page if you want to use another profile page in this context than the one listed on the target pages tab under the Central settings for Social Collaboration.
