General

This shows the maximum number of records. There are 1 000 records included by default and here you can see how much of these you have used. It is possible to buy extra records that are packaged in 10 000 records. Contact support@sitevision.se if you want to buy more.

Data stores

Here you can see the data sources you have on your website with information on the number of records, the read-only status and when the last measurement was taken.

Description of warning and error messages

If you exceed the 1,000 records included, you will be notified of this by email. You may then remove records from the data source or extend your license for more records.

All notifications are sent by e-mail to the following recipients:

• Website manager of the respective website
• Cloud managers on each website (only for customers in Sitevision Cloud)
• Server manager

There are three different steps in the event of overutilization of data volume.

Step 1: Warning that storage space is running out (75% to 100% utilization rate)

• If the utilization rate is between 75% and 100%, a warning message is sent that the storage space is running out.
• The message is sent once a week as long as the utilization rate is between 75% and 100%.
  

Step 2: Storage space has been exhausted and further data storage will be disabled (100% to 150% utilization rate)

• At a utilization rate between 100% and 150%, an error message is sent stating that the customer has exceeded their maximum allowed storage space.
• The message is sent every day as long as the utilization rate is between 100% and 150%.
  
• The message states that storage of new data will be disabled unless the amount of data is reduced within 7 days or the license is extended to allow additional storage space.
• The message states that storage of new data will be immediately disabled if the utilization rate reaches 150%.
• The message explains how the customer should proceed to resolve the problem.

Step 3: Storage space has run out and storage of new data is disabled (>150% utilization rate)

• When the utilization rate exceeds 150%, storage of new data is disabled and an error message is sent.
• The message is sent every day as long as storage of new data is not possible.
  
• The message explains how the customer should proceed to resolve the problem.
