The Work status Panel

Under the Status panel, you can create status templates for different statuses that you can specify in any of the modules Messages, Personal Menu, or Profile Name.

By default, these status templates are created:

• In a meeting - pauses all notifications for one hour
• Sick - pauses all notifications for the day
• Vacation - pauses all notifications until further notice
• Working from home - pauses no notifications but displays a symbol indicating that you are working from home.

Click Add to add a status template.

Emoji

Here you can select the emoji to be displayed in the status bar. When you click Select, an emoji selector appears.

Text

Here you can enter the text that appears when you hover over the emoji.

Duration

Here you can select the duration of the status. The following options are available:

• 1 hour
• Until further notice
• End of the week
• End of day
• 4 hours
• 1 hour
• 30 minutes

Pause notifications

Here you can choose whether you want to pause notifications. This is useful if you are sick, off work, or in a meeting, for example. That way, you won't receive notifications all the time.
