SharePoint Search listing
SharePoint Search listing allows you to search files from your SharePoint server. Click on the button Add to SharePoint. The first time you have to log in, but if you log in with OAuth2, Sitevision will then remember your login.

The documents you have searched for are then displayed in a search list. The listing of files is based on the search query and settings specified by the editor

Settings

OAuth2 configuration
Select the OAuth2 configuration that is set up for Sharepoint. The configurations in the list are those that are set in the site settings.
Search query
Here you ask a search query where the result is displayed in this module. Examples of search queries can be:
- * - searches on everything
- filetype:docx - searches for docx files.
- filetype:docx OR filetype:doc - searches both doxc and doc files.
- Test - it will search for the word test everywhere
- filename:Test - it will only search for files that have Test in the name
Number of items per page
Select how many files/folders to display per page. The default setting is 10.
Advanced settings
Trim duplicates
Check this if you do not want to show duplicates.
Show documents only
Check this to filter out all image formats, folders and the like. Only documents will be shown.
Sorting direction
Can be ascending or descending.
Sorting field
You can sort by name, last created, modified or size.
