File management
Each group has a file archive where group members can upload, share and work on files. The group page displays a list of the most recently modified files that belong to the group.
What can I do as a group administrator?
As a group administrator, you have more authorities than ordinary group members regarding file management. An uploaded file, can be locked and unlocked by the user who added the file. But as a group administrator, it is also possible to unlock files that are locked by other users.
As a group administrator, you can also set a version of a file.
Click on a file to get to the file management for that specific file.
These modules require the Social Collaboration license.
