Archive
Archive is a place for collating articles. Articles are always in an archive. Articles are not usually displayed in menus, but are instead listed with the help of one of the News, News menu, Event calendar, Link list or Blog modules.
Click Create new to create a new archive. Then click on the arrow or Create new text and a menu drops down where you select Archive. Name the archive and click OK.
The archive has now been created. The icon below appears in the navigator together with the name of the archive.
