Manage dashboard

Click Manage dashboard at the top to display a menu where you can manage widgets, create a new dashboard, delete a dashboard, or make settings such as renaming or setting permissions on a dashboard.

Managing widgets

When you enter this mode, you can either change the widgets that are on this dashboard or add more widgets,

Modifying an existing widget

On the black menu in the right corner of each widget, there is a menu with two options;

• Settings - This takes you back to the settings of the widget (in our examples, size and number)
• Remove widget - Here you can choose to remove the widget. You will get a confirmation box so that you do not delete the wrong widget.

Add widget

Click the Add Widget button and a menu will pop up with the widgets available for your website.

New dashboard

To create a new dashboard, select New dashboard. A new view appears where you give the dashboard a name and add the authorization that should have access to this dashboard. You can select Displayed for all roles or the roles that are set up on your website.

Preferences and settings

Under Settings, a window appears where you can change the name of your dashboard and set permissions. The permissions are taken from your website.

Remove dashboard

Here you can choose to remove the selected dashboard. You will get a confirmation before you choose to remove the dashboard.

Website or Page

In the top right corner you can choose between Site or Page and this is because some widgets require a page (such as statistics) while others are only displayed on the website (such as Last published). Here you can switch between the two views.
