SharePoint Search integration

With SharePoint Search Integration, you list search hits from SharePoint directly in Intranet Search. Start by configuring the RESTApp under Add-ons, then point it out under the new selection Integration in Intranet Search.

Configuration

Display name

Here you set a name for the tab itself in the search result. What name should the search hits from SharePoint be collected under.

OAuth2 configuration

Select the OAuth2 configuration that is set up for SharePoint. The configurations in the list are those that are set in the site settings.

Extended search query

By setting an extended search query, you can limit the search results if, for example, you only want to display the search results from a specific folder. See examples of search queries at Microsoft.

Integration to Intranet Search

In the Intranet Search module, select the RESTApp under Integration. Then it is ready. The first time you want to see the search results, you have to log in. But when you log in with OAuth2, Sitevision will then remember your login.

Third party provider

This module requires you to have SharePoint Online.

This feature requires you to have a license for SharePoint, which is included in Sitevision Intranet 2022.
