Personal menu
The Personal Menu module displays a cogwheel or profile picture that opens a menu where personal settings can be made.

Menu options
At the top of the menu, you will see a profile picture or a cog icon. If you have a profile picture, a green icon will appear if you are logged in, a grey icon if you are not logged in, and a different icon if you have changed your status.
Set a status
Click on the Set a status button to change your status. A new view will appear where you can select a status.
Your most recently used statuses are displayed at the top of the list. This is followed by the status templates that are set up on the website. If you are in a meeting, sick or on holiday, your notifications are paused by default so that you are not disturbed.
Once you have set a status, the Add status button changes to Remove status. This allows you to remove your status whenever you want.
You can set up more status templates or change icons on existing statuses under Website settings in the Status panel.
My profile page
This link takes you to your profile page.
Profile

This list may be significantly shorter if your administrator has chosen to remove some options. The administrator can do this under Website Settings -> Features -> Social Collaboration -> Notification Settings.
