Label a page with tag groups
Once you have created your tag groups and filled them with values, you can start using them on pages, in the file and image archive, in activity feeds and in user fields.
Go to a page and select Properties -> Functions -> Tags. Here are Tag settings.
Select "Use custom settings for tags". Then a new view appears.
If you click the box under Select tag groups, you will see the tag groups you created. Here you select which tag groups should be selectable under this branch.
For example, if you select the tag group "Departments" then you will have to choose whether you want to allow the editors to fill in their own labels when publishing. If you click the box under tags, you will see the labels you can select from the Departments tag group.
If you choose to fill in your own value "Usability" then this value also becomes a tag. But it will not appear in the list of created labels. However, you can list all pages / images / files / posts / user fields that are tagged with this tag.
If you want a value to be included in the list, you have to go to Website Settings -> Functions -> Tags and add more options.
