In SiteVision, you can create workflows for publishing web pages. A workflow means that the page must undergo a number of pre-set steps in connection with the publication. For example, steps in a workflow might involve someone reviewing and approving a page before publishing. You can also use workflows to send a reminder that a page should be translated into another language.
Under the Workflow panel, you can see the current workflows on the website. You can also create new publishing flows here.
To create new publishing flows, click the Add workflow button.
This function requires you to have “Manage website settings” and "Manage publishing flows" permissions.
