Comment in Email form
Use a comment to insert information into the form to describe something or provide extra information to any question. For example, you can use comments to create subheadings.
Click on the Add field link to add a field (a question). Select the field type you want to add. You will get different settings depending on the field type you select.
General tab - Field type Comments
Select field type: Comments in the list.
Name
Comment name. Printed with the style sheet set for tag.
Message
Here you can add a message. Printed with the style sheet set for texts.
