Show Publication Projects
Here you can create new publishing projects and view ongoing and completed publishing projects.

Create a new publishing project
To create a new publishing project, select In Progress and click the Create New button to create a new project.

Adding members
All editors with the "Manage publishing projects" permission can manage all publishing projects. If you want to add members who are only allowed to add pages to projects, make them members of a project.
To do this, follow these steps:
1. Select the publishing project to which you want to add members.
2. Right-click and select Properties -> Select the Permissions icon. A new "Members" window will appear:

Click the Add button to add members to the project. A new window, "Add user or group," will appear.
These members will see their ongoing project. When a project is completed, it will only be visible to those with "Manage publishing projects" permissions.
Ongoing projects
During ongoing projects, projects can be displayed with two icons:
- Green check mark - The project is ready to be published because all pages in the project are marked as complete.
- Red cross - The project cannot be published because not all pages are marked as complete. This means that some pages are still in progress.
If you select a project, you will see which pages that project contains and their status (Completed/In progress).

Publish projects
Once all content for a project has been finalized, the project can be published. Select the project and the Publish icon will appear on the left side of the page list. You can publish immediately or schedule the publication.
Schedule publishing projects
Check the box "Publish project at a later date" and select the date and time when the entire publication project should be published.

The publishing project will then be given a status (a blue information list) that is displayed at the top. You can stop the publication by clicking the "Cancel publication" button, which is only displayed in this view (from the side list -> Publishing projects).

The pages included in the project also display a status indicating when they will be published. The name of the publishing project is displayed at the top right of the purple box.

Completed projects
Once a project has been published, all pages are published and become visible to visitors. The project is then placed under "Completed projects." It is then only visible to those with "Manage publishing projects" permissions.
A slightly different view is displayed than for an ongoing project—instead of seeing a list of all pages included in the project , a link View project activity is displayed .

A list of all activities that have taken place in the project will then be displayed as a log:

This feature requires that you have the "Manage publishing projects" permission.
