Metadata type Value from text module
This type of metadata retrieves its value from a module on a page. For example, to retrieve the value from the text module named Location.
The information that the user enters in the module with this name is thus automatically set as value in this metadata field. This type of field is used, among other things, by the news function to read out the heading, abstract and content from articles. On each archive in the system, this type of metadata field is usually set up.
Follow these steps
1. The Add metadata field button can be found at the bottom of the Metadata panel. Click on the button to add a new metadata field.
2. A view appears where you make settings for the metadata field you want to create.
3. Select Metadata type: Value from text module. Here you enter the name of the text module from which the metadata retrieves the value. It is the name of the module under Content in the sidebar that is requested.
Click OK or advance to the Permissions tab.
Metadata is versioned, which means that you must always publish the changes you make so they appear online.
To add or modify a metadata field , "Manage metadata field " permission is required.
