Frequently Asked Questions

With the Frequently Asked Questions module, you can display questions and answers that you’ve written yourself or generated using Sitevision AI. The questions and answers are retrieved from the Structured Content feature under the page’s Properties.

The module automatically creates a technical structure (schema.org) that makes it easier for search engines and AI services to understand and use the content. You don’t need to worry about the technology behind it—Sitevision takes care of it for you.

Heading

Show heading before the module

Check the box if you want to display the "Questions and Answers" heading above the module.

Use custom heading

Select this option if you want to enter your own heading instead of the default heading.

Appearance

Heading text format

Select the text format to use for the module’s heading. You can choose from the format templates available in the website’s theme.

Text format for questions

Select the text format to use for the questions.

Text format for answers

Select the text format to use for the answers.

Place answers in a collapsible field

Check the box if you want the answers to be hidden until the visitor clicks on a question to view the answer.

Accessibility

Highest heading level

Select the heading level to be used as the top level in the module. The default setting is h2, but you can choose between h1 and h6.

Adjust the heading level to match the other headings on the page to ensure a clear and logical heading structure.
