Settings

Select a folder with shortcuts
Here you designate the folder in the structure of the website where your shortcuts will be retrieved from. In the folder, we recommend that you create link pages to pages on the website or external pages and systems.
Number of shortcuts if the user have not made an active selection
Here the administrator can choose how many shortcuts to select for each user by default. Each user can choose whether these shortcuts should remain.
Icon metadata
In order for an icon to appear along with your shortcut, you need to set up a metadata that you can associate with the shortcut. Check out the guide to get started with personalized shortcuts
Use target groups for selection
Here you can choose to use target groups to display shortcuts that are relevant to that target group. To be able to select something here, you need to have set up a metadata of type Single/Multiple target group on the website or folder that displays the shortcuts.
Don't forget to fill in the identifier of your metadata. It must have a technical identifier for it to work.
Target audience metadata (Fetched from shortcuts folder)
It is now possible to set in the mobile app which audience metadata to use in the app to control personalized shortcuts. To enable the feature, go to extensions and search for "mobile-backend" to get to the app settings. Then go into the settings and enable "Use audiences for selection".

Appearance

Show heading
Here you choose whether you want a header at the top left of the module.
In previous versions of the module, this setting has not been available. This can mean that you get double headings if you have had a text module above Personal shortcuts that, for example, had the text "Shortcuts". The easiest way is to go to the page/module where the heading is located and delete it.
Use custom heading
By default, the header "Personal shortcuts" is displayed. In this setting, you can change the default value and give the module a custom name.
Heading style
Select the style you want for the header. The styles are taken from the set and selected theme.
Layout

The module can be presented on the intranet in three different layouts. Vertical list, horizontal list and as a gallery.
Vertical list
Check this if you want your shortcuts to be displayed as a vertical list.

Horizontal list
Check this if you want your shortcuts to be displayed as a horizontal list.

Gallery
Check this if you want your shortcuts to be displayed as a gallery.

When selecting a gallery, you also get to choose the background color and border. The colors are taken from the theme block colors.
Button to manage shortcuts

You can choose from three different ways to display the shortcut button.
- Only show icon
- Only show text
- Show icon and text
Accessibility
Highest heading level
To enable you to have correct heading levels in the module, we have added an h2 as the default heading level. Here you can change this to suit your design and get the right heading level. It is possible to change everything from h1-h6 to match the correct heading level in the activity flow.
