Embed
The Embed module allows you to embed content, such as video clips, audio or a social media post, on your website. You embed the content by pasting a link from the external website into the module in Sitevision.

Embed
Embed media URL
Paste URL from an external website.

Which links are supported?
The following links are supported in embed:
- Dreambroker
- Youtube
- Youtube without cookies
- Vimeo
- Wistia
- Screen9
- Soundcloud
- Spotify
- Github gist
- Codepen.io
If you add a link that is not one of these (for example https://www.sitevision.se/), you get a standardized OGP embedding based on the data available.
Cookie consent
Require consent to show embedded content
If your organization wants the visitor to give cookie consent before playing a YouTube clip, for example, this can be done with "Embed" . Click the checkbox for "Require consent to view embedded content".

Texts
Here you enter the title, text and explanatory text for the box that appears "on" the video before the cookie has been approved and set.
Button settings
Here you specify what the button for approve should say and what color the button should have. The colors are taken from the set theme.
Cookie settings
Here you choose which cookie the consent should be saved under. The cookies are retrieved from the set of cookies available under "Website settings" / "Cookies". There you can create new cookies. You can use a general cookie for all embedded clips (Youtube clips in the example). If you use the same cookie in several embedding modules, it is enough to approve one clip for the remaining clips to be approved as well.
If you use several different services, you can create a cookie under website settings for each service that handles embeds separately. If you have several cookies, the list under "Cookie settings" will be filled in.
The embed module in Sitevision is responsive, but despite this, the result is not always responsive. Instead, the result depends on the service you choose to link in and whether it sends the content responsively or not.
