Profile progress

When the profile progress reaches the maximum value by meeting all the criteria, a text will appear on the page confirming this. Add the Profile progress module to the profile page. There the user can directly adjust their profile to reach the maximum value.

Information box

If you click on the profile progress on the page, an information box opens. The information box shows which of the given criteria have been completed and which criteria are still to be fulfilled. When all are marked green, the user has achieved 100%.

Preferences

The progress of a user's profile is determined by the extent to which any profile criteria and collaboration criteria are met.

General information

Here you can choose to put your own descriptive text for what should be in the information box. For example, you might want your organization's tone of voice when talking about why it is important to have a strong profile strength. You also have the option to link to a help page. That page might contain tips and tricks to reach 100 percent.

Layout

Here you can decide how the module should be displayed on the page. Either as full width with more information and a clearer stack. Or as a compact card where the focus is on the stack and not the information around it.

Profile criteria

Profile criteria are about how much of the user's profile is completed. By default, it is preset that Own profile picture is a criterion. You can choose to add your own set of user fields to be fulfilled by the user to reach full profile progress.

In addition to profile picture, you have the option to check the Use a custom set of user fields box, where you control additional criteria required for full profile progress. Examples include title, email address, mobile phone number or a short description of yourself. The user fields available to choose from are those that have been set up for user fields in Social Collaboration.

Click Add to add one or more user fields as criteria. You can then select user fields from a drop-down list or by typing a search. Click on the user field to add it.

Collaboration criteria

Collaboration criteria are about the user starting to use the social features of Social Collaboration. At least one contact, one group membership and one post in an activity feed are required to achieve full profile progress, where these choices are made. They are checked as preselections, but it is possible to uncheck one or more of the options.

Accessibility

Here you can choose which heading the module should have so that it fits in with the other headings on the page and has the right structure linked to accessibility.
