Get started with personal shortcuts

1. Create a folder

Create a folder in the website structure called "Shortcuts." Put all your shortcuts there.

2. Create metadata for icons on the folder

To use an icon for a shortcut, you need to set up metadata for the house.

• Right-click on the "house" and select Properties.
• Go to the metadata tab and create metadata of the link metadata type.
• Name your metadata, for example, Shortcuts - Icon.
• Write a description for the metadata, for example, "Select a file in the file archive to display the icon before the shortcut name."
• Publish the "house."

3. Create link pages with shortcuts

In the folder, create link pages to pages on the website or external pages and systems.

4. Publish your shortcuts

Once you have completed the above steps, you can publish your shortcuts. Select a shortcut in the folder and click Publish. In the publish dialog, select metadata and select your icon for the shortcut. When you are done, select Publish.
