Shared links
The Shared Links module allows group members and group administrators to add and modify links on a group page in Sitevision Intranet. The links are presented in a list and sorted with the most recently added link at the top.
The module is advantageously placed in the group template to make it available on all group pages based on that template.
Add a link
As a member or administrator of a group, you can add a link. To do this, click the plus button on the group page in view mode. You will then see a dialog box where you enter an address and give the link a title. You can also use the title and icon from the link. Click the Save button to save the link to the list.

Editing a shared link
As a member or administrator of a group, you can edit an existing link. To do this, hover over the link and click the pencil on the right. You will then see a dialog box where you name the link and enter an address.

Remove a shared link
As a member or administrator of a group, you can edit an existing link. To do this, hover over the link and click the cross on the right. You will then be asked if you want to remove the link. Click Ok to remove the link.

Check the Open links innew tab checkbox to open the link target in a different browser tab than the one you have open.

Base heading level
To enable you to have correct heading levels in the module, we have added an h2 as the default heading level. Here you can change this to suit your design and get the right heading level. It is possible to change everything from h1-h6 to be able to match the correct heading level in the activity flow.
