Share page

The Share Page module allows you to share pages on your website neatly and easily. You can share any pages, as long as Social Collaboration is enabled on the website.

The module is part of the Sitevision intranet and makes it possible to share pages in activity flows, both your own and in the groups where you are a member. Place the module in the template to make it accessible on all pages of the site.

Share page

To share a page, click on the Share page button that is placed when you add the module to the template. This will display a menu with options of places you can share to.

Share page in the activity feed

In the activity feed, you can tell that it is a shared page by the link symbol that appears and the name of the page. Click on the link to go to the page.

Here you can choose one of the following:

Size

The following sizes can be selected on the button:

• Large
• Default
• Small
• Slim

Allow mentions (@name)

Here you can choose whether to allow mentions in the Share page.

Show assestive text for button

If you check this, it will say Share to the right of the button.

Button text

The default text is Share, but here you can choose to write any text.

Icon above text

If you want the icon above the text instead of the page, check this box.
