Allow non-logged-in users

If you want to allow non-logged-in users to use the Assistant, two things are required:

1. Set up a service user
2. Enable captcha on the website

Set up a service user

• To add a service user, go to Site settings -> Security -> Service users.
• If you are logged in, the AI search is done with your permission. If you are anonymous, it will run as the service user (who has, for example, the Read All permission)
  
• Switch to the Ten Extensions view and locate Assistant. Select Properties on the extension (cogwheel) Under Properties on an extension -> Permissions, you can enable the use of service user for the Assistant.

Enable captcha

Go to Site Settings -> Integration -> Captcha to enable either ReCaptcha or Friendly captcha for the whole site.
