All group members

The All group members module is used to display all members of a group.

This module is used together with the Group Information module on a group page. In that module, you set it to contain a link, "(X) Show members", which leads to a landing page where this module is placed.

Group information

This is what it looks like in the ‘Group information’ module. Clicking on ‘3 members’ takes you to the list of All group members

Alla gruppmedlemmar

If you are the administrator of the group, you will see it on your card. There it says "Administrator".

If you want to find a group member quickly, use the filtering in the module.

Removing a member

An administrator can remove members by clicking on the three-dot menu on each card and selecting remove. There, an administrator can also assign the same authorization to other members.

Members who are not administrators cannot leave a group using this module. They are instead referred to use the Member Status module.

Each group must always have at least one administrator. It is therefore not possible for the last administrator to remove himself/herself from a group.

Add member

When a group administrator is viewing a group, the "Add Member" button appears and is used to add new members. When the button is clicked, a search box appears where it is possible to search for users. If a user is selected from the list, they are added as a member of the group.

  • Use a custom profile page to show details about users - here you set what happens if you click on the profile picture. Then you want to go to the profile page.
  • Use a custom page for user search results - here you set up a page that contains a module.

Accessibility

Base header level

To enable you to have correct heading levels in the module, we have added an h2 as the default heading level. Here you can change this to suit your design and get the right heading level. It is possible to change everything from h1-h6 to match the correct heading level.
