All groups
The All Groups module displays all groups that a user is a member of.
This module is used in conjunction with the Groups module on the profile page which contains a link, "Show all groups (X)", that leads to a landing page where this module is located.

There is also a filter where you enter characters in the input field and only groups where these characters are included in the name are displayed. For example, if you enter buy:

Does the sorting look strange?
Groups are sorted by the last published post in the group's activity feed. If the group has no posts in the activity feed, it will instead be sorted by the date the group was created.
Notification for new posts
If a user visits a page with the module, and there are new posts in groups they are a member of, a small round marker appears along with the group name to illustrate this. The marker will remain until the user has visited the group and the reading timeout has expired.

The menu at each group
Each group has three dots which, if clicked, will display a menu.

Leave group
When a user is viewing their own groups, it is possible to leave a group by selecting the "Leave group" option.
Follow group
Here you can choose to follow a moderated group by selecting the "Follow group" option.
Following a group means that you will receive notifications when something happens in the group, but you cannot write posts and add files. You can comment and like posts already written.
Unfollow group
If you are following a moderated group but do not want to continue following this group, select the "Stop following group" option.
Activate notifications
If you have stopped notifications from a group, you can reactivate them with this option.
Deactivate notifications
If you do not want to receive any notifications from a group, you can stop them. This is done per group and the setting is individual for each user.
Add group
When a user is viewing their own groups, it is possible to add new groups via the "Create new group" button . A prerequisite for this to work is that the user has the correct authorization, otherwise the button will not be displayed.
When a new group is created, the name and type of group must be selected. It is also possible to enter a description of the group to clarify, for example, what the purpose of the group is.
For more information on adding groups, see the Social Collaboration theme - Create group.
Creating groups requires the Create group page permission in the group folder where the group is created.
Creating closed groups requires the Create closed groups permission in the group folder where the group is created.
If the group template is not public, the user needs to have Read or higher permission to the template.
